I have absolutely no idea what events led up to her arrest, nor do I know what her behavior was before the camera was rolling.. it's possible the initial tasering was a necessity... however...
A handcuffed person should NEVER be tasered by a police officer. It's simply unacceptable. The police are there to enforce the law, not to carry out punishment.

Recently I had the chance to see the video involving one of your police officer's tasing a handcuffed woman.
I have absolutely no idea what events led up to her arrest, nor do I know what her behavior was before the camera was rolling.. it's _possible_ the initial tasering was a necessity... however...
A handcuffed person should NEVER be tasered by a police officer. It's simply unacceptable. The police are there to enforce the law, not to carry out punishment.
Please ban the use of tasers within your police department. They are too easily abused by those who carry them and the victim often has no proof that he/she was tortured. Furthermore, they're potentially lethal!
Additionally, I hope the officer who has been put on paid leave will be fired, immediately. He's disgraceful and clearly doesn't have the temperament to be a police office.
