Brighthouse is to big and bogged down.
They can't fix anything any more.
Service call after service call.
I think I will make it a hobby to tell the truth about them, until they can deliver the service they sell.
DVDS and BLUERAYS here I come.
Holy CRAP
Hours wasted on hold and service calls and supervisors.
