If you are serious about needing to hear about a bad experience................add an S to make it plural. I just got off the phone about my cable issues. I am into my 2nd cable box or maybe 3rd not sure and doesn't matter fact is I have problems. Why do I bother taping programs that are all part of the "Selling" feature if I have problems with what I tape.................Ex: 3 of my shows at various times and channels freeze at different points and I can't watch the shows at all. I could go on but that is just a small part of my problems (well not mine it is there problem that I have to tolerate for having Brighthouse and they happily accept my check every month....................ksnyder2009@yahoo.com
