We've had serious problems with Brighthouse lately. We've had service for a year now, and have had relatively few problems until recently. We moved in January, and the technicians had a hard time hooking up service. Our service has been out for 3 days now. We've called several times to fix it. We got through twice on over six separate phone calls. On average, our wait time has been over 30 minutes. We'd love to switch networks, but don't have another option.
